Meet the team

Emma Brünjes
Founder and Director

Emma founded ebp, Emma Brünjes Productions, in March 2013. ebp is a live entertainment company specialising in Production, General Management and Talent Management. In its first five years the company has produced over 75 productions across the UK, developed a boutique talent rostrum and founded sister company, BuzzTickets

Emma was nominated for an Olivier Award in 2016 for Alice’s Adventures Undergound,  Innovation at The Stage Awards 2017, is listed in The Stage’s 100 Power List and The Hospital 100 Club Awards.

Prior to ebp, Emma was General Manager of Productions and Programming at Nimax Theatres having been invited to join Nica Burns after six years at Avalon Promotions. Additional credits include: ARTEFACTS by Mike Bartlett (Bush Theatre, UK Tour, 59E59 New York) and Producer for the inaugural Old Vic New Voices Company 2005.

Emma is a board member for Stage One and the League of Independent Producers, a member of Society of London Theatre, and a Chair of the Artistic Board for Nabokov.

 

Ralph Brünjes
Director

Ralph joined ebp in 2014. He represents all commercial interests for ebp and heads up the touring and talent management divisions. In May 2016 Ralph, with Emma, set up BuzzTickets, a bespoke new live ticketing provider. Outside of ebp, Ralph’s passions include music and sport and in 2015 Ralph was the founding chairman of The Ivy Cricket Club.

Katie Shahatit
General Manager

Katie joined ebp from the Lyric Hammersmith where she worked as Finance and Administration Manager. Previous to this, Katie was an Assistant Producer at The 99 Club, a Producer for FullFat Productions and a Ticketing Sales Assistant for Ambassador Theatre Group. Katie has undertaken numerous work placements at Love Productions, Blink Productions, Opera Holland Park, Seabright Productions, Theatre Royal Margate and The Gulbenkian Theatre.

Delyth Thompson
Management Accountant

Delyth joined ebp in September 2017 on a part time basis. Delyth is a qualified accountant who has previously worked in a variety of commercial sectors, before switching  to the Theatre . Prior to joining ebp, Delyth gained experience of the West End working for a year as a member of the Finance Team at SOLT in Covent Garden.

Jennie Jacques
General Manager (Part-Time)

Jennie joined ebp in 2015 as General Manager and after a break away to have a family, she has re-joined the team to provide cover during a busy summer!  Prior to ebp, Jennie was the Programme Manager at Hackney Empire where she worked on a wide variety of productions and filming/broadcast hires for six years. Previous to this, Jennie was Production Coordinator at Victor Hochhauser Impresario, and Production Assistant for Nimax Theatres and Really Useful Theatres Group. 

Natasha Patel
Stage One Trainee Producer

Natasha began producing at the Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse as part of their youth theatre (YEP) before completing a one year role as Trainee Assistant Producer, producing shows for YEP and assisting on the Everyman Company and Playhouse Residencies. Since then, Natasha has gone on to work at HOME in Manchester as PA and Assistant Producer before gaining the role of Stage One Trainee Producer at ebp.

Tom Russell
Agent and Production Assistant

Tom joined the team at ebp in September 2018 following his return from Australia working for Warner Brothers Television. Tom assists Ralph on the talent management and touring arms of the business. He has previously worked as a music festival producer and founded a children’s retail and events business in Notting Hill which he ran for 7 years.

Will Maidment
Marketing Officer

Will joined ebp in May 2018 as Marketing Intern, focusing mostly on social media. After finishing his internship, he was offered a position as Marketing Officer part-time. He is currently in his final year studying for a Modern History and Politics degree at Royal Holloway University. 

Etta Brünjes
Office Pup

Etta graduated from the University of Barking with a first-class honours in Archeology. She recently won the ‘Who’s A Good Girl?’ prize, presented by the Pawlitzer Awards Committee. She focuses primarily on theatre prodogtion, and has spent 14 of her years with ebp, despite being born in 2016.
